Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with residential and commercial clients
- Assess customer needs and recommend the best HVAC solutions
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
- Complete heat load analysis and duct design to ensure proper system sizing and efficiency
- Achieve sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Work closely with our installation and service teams
Required experience, license or certifications & preferred skills
- Minimum 5+ years of proven HVAC sales experience required
- Must be able to complete heat load analysis and duct design
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven track record in sales
- Technical knowledge of HVAC systems (training available if needed)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Pay: $54,648.61 - $255,000.00 per year
