On the morning of the first day to put our house on the market, with a 2:00pm showing scheduled, our a/c unit began making a loud noise. We explained our situation to the receptionist and they had a service technician at our home by 12 noon. He corrected the problem quickly and we purchased a service warranty to insure proper functioning for the upcoming months and all was Goode for our 2:00 showing. I couldn't have been more satisfied with their service.

We have used Goode for years. They have always done a quality job for us. They do annual maintenance, as well as repairs….. We use them all the time and will continue to use them.

They always arrive on time. Are professional while in my home and most importantly are honest. We called our home warranty company and it was going to take a week for them to send someone out. We decided to pay for the repair ourselves and get someone out quickly. We called Goode. They came out the same day. While repairing our unit they noticed that the part that had "broken" was a part that had been replaced before and should still be under warranty. They took the time to research it and found the part had been replaced not by the previous owner but the owner before them. Then they worked with the manufacture to have the warranty transferred into our names saving us from paying for an expensive part. We never would have known that the part was under warranty (or even how to transfer the warranty into our name) and could have easily sold us the part but they are not that kind of business. Since that time we have a maintenance contract with them and they keep our units in excellent working order.

Goode Air Conditioning installed a complete new American Standard air conditioning and heating system with a whole house one year filter. Based on competitive bids, doing the work piecemeal over three years was going to cost nearly the same as an entire system replacement. … This was a no brainer. Goode bid competitively with three other companies. Their folks were punctual, thorough, and professional. Their salesman and engineer were willing to explain everything including options and their future impact. They came back to follow up two weeks later to check the system out and confirm everything was right.

Everything was super! Goode Air gave us a courtesy call as they said they would before our Tech showed up. Chris was our Tech and he arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He checked our inside unit as well as the outside condenser. He washed out the outside condenser, checked the freon level and checked the wiring both inside and out. He gave us a thumb’s up that we were a go for summer. That was Good(e) news ;) I felt comfortable with everything that he told us.
